Not Satisfied with the product? No problem!

If you are not satisfied with the product due to the reasons of design or quality etc., we provide return and refund service in the following conditions:

  1. Return and refunds based on reasons of this category must be applied within 7 days since you receive the package. Any application after this period will not be accepted.

  2. We will NOT be responsible for return shipping cost in this case.

  3. Shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.

  4. If your returning package is damaged or lost, we will not be able to provide you a refund. So we strongly advise you to use shipping insurance, in case the worst case happens.

Process of returning and refunding:

  1. If you would like to ask for return and refunds, please apply via contact form, make sure you apply within 7 days since you have receive the package.

  2. Once we have confirmed that your order is eligible for returning and refunding, we will contact you back and approve the application.

  3. After you receive the approval, please pack the product in protective package and ship it back to our address.

  4. Once we have received and inspected that the package is in good condition, we will send you another confirmation email and proceed your switching or refunding. Your credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment in about a week.

Package is damaged or lost? Don't Worry!


If the product never arrives or is delivered to be damaged, don't worry, we also have gotten you covered:

  1. Contact us immediately via the email under contact form, explaining the issue and attaching some photos of the damaged parts, and stating if you would like a replacement or refund. Please make sure you contact us within 7 days since you receive the package.

  2. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will rightly apply for an investigation to Japan EMS and contact you back. Meanwhile, according to the insurance policy of Japan EMS, it also requires the receiver to declare the damaged or lost package to local post office, so we also need your help to get your product and value back from EMS.

  3. Once the investigation is completed and the package is refunded, we will proceed on your application immediately:

i. if you apply for a replacement, we will send you brand new product(s) as soon as possible;

ii. if you apply for a refund, we will proceed it and you will receive the credit to your original method of payment in about a week.
